Step 1: Open the bookaball app
Launch the bookaball app on your device.
Log in with your account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create a new account directly in the app.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Reservation’ tab
Tap the ‘Reservation’ tab at the bottom of your screen (indicated by a green circle with a white plus sign).
After tapping it, you’ll see a list of all available locations.
Step 3: Select your location
Choose the location where you want to play your private match.
Once selected, you’ll be taken to the next screen.
Step 4: Choose your date, time, and duration
- Select your preferred date using the calendar.
- Under ‘Choose start time,’ pick the time you’d like to begin. The corresponding cost will be shown below.
- Under ‘Choose duration,’ select how long you want to play. You can choose between 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
Step 5: Book a recurring time slot
- Scroll down on the current screen and tap ‘Plan a recurring time slot’ to schedule a repeating session.
Step 6: Finalise your recurring booking
- First, select the duration of your recurring booking. You can choose between 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or 24 weeks
- Complete the payment for the total number of selected weeks. The full amount for all weeks will be charged in a single transaction.
