For staff to register bookings where users will pay at the venue.
Steps:
- Click the + icon on an empty slot in the timeline.
- The reservation form will pre-fill with the selected date, time, and location.
- Choose the relevant court (duplicate names may show—select based on availability).
- Set duration (e.g., 60 min).
- Choose "Normal" as the booking type.
- Set Payment Method to "Pay on Location."
- Assign a User (searchable from your club's user list).
- Check the notification box to alert the user.
- Click "Create Booking".
- The new booking will appear in red, signaling that payment is still pending
