Help users interpret the layout and real-time court activity.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Occupation Overview tab in the admin panel.
- Each row represents a court.
- Each coloured block on the timeline represents a booking.
- A red vertical line indicates the current time.
- Hovering over a booking block reveals detailed info: start/end time, user, type, and status.
- Scroll horizontally to view earlier or later times.
- Use the real-time indicator to know what time of day you're viewing.
- Users with Manager or Crew roles will only see courts related to their assigned location.
Use case: Reception staff and managers can quickly understand current occupancy, time slots, and real-time status.
